ABOUT THE ARTIST
She was born in Ankara in 1980. She graduated from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt - Vocational High School for Girls - Art Department in 1997. In 2001, she graduated from Hacettepe University - Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Ceramics and Glass. Between 2002-2003, she served as a master instructor in the fields of Ceramics and Painting at Çankaya Public Education Center (Ankara). In 2004 (Ankara) she worked as an art consultant at Selami Yazıcı Art Gallery. In 2005 (Ankara), she worked at Nüans Seramik Sanat Atölyesi (Ceramic Art Workshop) and also graduated from Hacettepe University - Institute of Social Sciences - Ceramics and Glass Department Master's Program. She has 59 group exhibitions, 19 of which are international, 5 solo exhibitions, 1 article, 2 papers and 1 jury membership. Between 2006-2012, she served as a lecturer at Kütahya Dumlupınar University - Faculty of Fine Arts Ceramics Department. She is a member of the International Association of Plastic Arts. Since June 2012, she has been serving as a civil servant in the General Directorate of Fine Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (Türkiye) and at the same time she continues to produce her works in her own workshop.
