ABOUT THE ARTIST

Güven Araz was born in Istanbul in 1964, after studying ITU Physics Engineering for 3 years, he entered Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Sculpture Department. After graduating in 1989, he started to give Sculpture and Drawing lessons. Since 2012, he taught painting, sculpture and acrylic painting at a private fine arts high school for 6 years. He has participated in many group exhibitions over the years, and is currently painting acrylic paintings on canvas.
